Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
During festivals, sales, or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery timelines are:

Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.
We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional offers, or orders above a specified value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment's status.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts to the shipping address provided during checkout. If the delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or other customer-related reasons, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
